The cube ashtray  is one of the cult objects of Italian design. It is an extremely simple object: a module consisting of a cube open on one side and by a strip folded steel. The object is extremely functional: it contains the ashes and butts, hides them from view and prevents the accidental spillage. The cubic ashtray, which gave birth to a whole family of objects, is present in the design collections of all major museums around the world, including the MoMA in New York. Anodized aluminum, melamine, non-flammable is made in white or black.
